FITNESS CENTER WITH PERSONAL TRAINER
After a busy day spent walking through the hills in bloom or in the large pool sunbathing, achieve the ultimate fitness by spending a few hours in the fitness area.
The Relais Villa L'Olmo has a
fitness center complete with Technogym fitness equipment. The fitness center is always open from
7 am to 9 pm. In addition, if you want someone to follow you with professionalism and attention, you can book a
Personal Trainer. You can choose from:

- ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association)Certified Personal Trainer
- Rehabilitation Physiotherapist / Posture / Total
- Spinning Instructor (Johnny G)
- Squash level II Instructor
- Doctor of Physiotherapy

- Massage therapist
- Sports massage therapist
- If you book at least 3 training sessions, the Personal Trainer will create a personalized program tailored to your needs you can follow on your own, using cardio-fitness, stretching, weights, fit ball and stretching exercises.
- The personal trainer is available by reservation (preferably 7 days before, but we will try to meet your needs even for last-minute requests) at our reception or at info@relaisfarmholiday.com
- The cost of each session is € 75,00 / hour for 2 people maximum / € 29.00 extra charge for each additional person
