Two small private villas, once ancient hay barns offer the opportunity of relaxing in your  private garden and dive in your own pool nestled among rocks and aromatic bushes.

Fully equipped apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, full kitchenette and electronics. The newly remodelled apartments are decorated with cheerfully coloured sofas and neutral walls.

Stylish common living spaces and lots of green areas

olive trees and flowers blend with the natural hues of Impruneta terracotta to frame the swimming pools, particularly the white sand beach panoramic pool which offers a fantastic view of the surrounding hills. The barbeque area allow for many relaxing moments among family or friends at breakfast time and through the day.

Comfortable furnishings

 - warm tones were chosen to give the rooms a welcoming, cosy atmosphere: from the colour of the walls to the sofas, artisan made lamps, furniture and wooden beams in the traditional Tuscan style graciously blend with today's modern technology, flat screen TVs, DVD players (on request) and Wi-Fi internet connections.
